Terms & Conditions

End-User Licensing Agreement (EULA)

Lifetime use, Once Purchased

A commercial license covers the font for as long as you need it. No renewals, no expiration.

One license, One Seat

Each license covers one person or one small business. More users, more licenses.

The Font Stays As-Is

No renaming, no modifying, no reselling the font itself. Your designs are yours, the font isn't.

All Sales are Final

No refunds, no returns, once it's downloaded.

By downloading or purchasing fonts and digital assets from Mix Fonts, you agree to the following:

  1. Unless otherwise stated, free fonts are free for personal, educational, and non-profit use only.
  2. Font prices may change over time. If a price changes after your purchase, no refunds or additional charges apply in either direction.
  3. Authorized commercial use includes digital and print production of magazines, books, and other publications, advertising, signage, logos, videos, posters, product packaging, and other marketing materials.
  4. A standard commercial license does not cover analog distribution or similar physical product creation, including personalized or customized merchandise, alphabet stamps, or label machines. The font itself cannot be the selling point of a commercial product under this license.
  5. Embedding or using fonts within mobile apps or services is not covered by the standard commercial license.
  6. A commercial license covers lifetime use of the font for commercial purposes.
  7. You agree not to make major modifications, alterations, or adaptations to the font, including renaming it, with or without permission.
  8. You agree not to create derivative works from the font or any part of it.
  9. Use of the font is non-exclusive.
  10. You may not rent or lease use of the font to others.
  11. You agree not to share, copy, or lend the font file(s) to third-party vendors, subsidiaries, clients, customers, or partners. Anyone needing access is responsible for purchasing their own license.
  12. This agreement does not transfer ownership or rights to the font itself.
  13. Licenses are priced per individual or typical small business, often referred to as “one seat.” If the font needs to be used by multiple people or on multiple computers, additional licenses are required.
  14. If a font’s Personal, Educational, or Non-Profit license later turns into Commercial use, and that font has a price difference between those tiers, you agree to return and pay that difference.
  15. Commercial use requires proof of payment.
  16. All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
